SOLAR PANELS

 

1. External structure in aluminium of only one piece highly aesthetic, moulded in a 400t press and manufactured in naval aluminium, very rich in magnesium. Firm and compact structure that guarantees the collector’s total impermeability.

2. Double thermic isolation obtained through an ecologic dilated high-density polyurethane cape (400Kg/m3) of 20 to 25 mm of thickness and a second layer of pre-pressed fibre glass of 30 to 35mm thickness, recovered with a black glass gauze to reduce the maximum of temperature losses.

3. Structure of copper hydraulic pipes: headers 22x0,8 mm and valves 10x0,5mm, silver solded by the ultrasonic method. The headers are drilled inside out with distension to get a total and perfect adaptation to the valves and at the same time avoid the decrease of pressure in the collectors.

4. Selective absorber of copper manufactured from a single copper plate of 0,2mm thickness with special titanium recovering made in vacuum, of high absorbency and reduced level of emissions that completely covers the black glass surface, as well as the copper pipes structure, to which is solded by ultra-sounds.

5. Plastic pieces specially designed for the support, that guarantee the hermetic adaptation between the pipes copper structure and the panel own structure, as the correct ventilation of the collector. They also enable the possibility of adapting a sensor.

6. Transparent sheath: solar panel of hardened glass of 4mm thickness with low contents of iron oxide (high transparence) with a stable expansion coefficient and high light penetration (92%), resistant to adverse weather conditions.

7. Insulating rubber of the panel: protection against UVEPDM rays.

8. Aluminium outline (AI Mg Si 05) for fitting and panel support.
